About your accomodation

Hostel Idrija is located only a 5-minute walk from the historic town center of UNESCO Idrija, where there are plenty of heritage sites to discover. Idrija has it all: culture, heritage, gastronomy, wild green nature. Our sustainable accommodation is located in an old boarding school and the energy and influence of the youth are present all around, through DIY renovation, cultural events on our terrace, and organized workshops.

Tilen

4 Years our partner

Hi, I'm Tilen and I’ll be happy to host you during your stay!
We present a social hub with an established program, a youth hostel, and an information point for young people. We encourage young people to acquire competencies, get involved in decision-making processes and co-create events, through which we enrich the pulse of the city. By participating in international youth projects, we further contribute to the development of independent and accepting individuals.
