Luzul is located between the jungle and the beach in a very remote place on the pacific coast.
The hotel has direct access to the sea in a bay of 3km of virgin beaches.
At the hotel you will find 3 cabins each of the of them with their private toilet and an spectacular view (second floor rooms).We built the cabins in a way that you could be completely open an integrated in nature, but also close and protected when its needed.All the cabins were built with local materials...

My name is Rafael (35 years old). Born and raised in Colombia. Fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and German. After 7 years living in Berlin, I decided to come back and start this dream.
Luzul is a hotel located in Arusí, Nuquí on the pacific coast of Colombia, which is the most biodiverse region (per sqm) on earth. The hotel was co-created with the locals. It was built with local materials and incorporate local elements in its architecture.
Our goal is to create a serene, intimate place where different people can live a transformative and real experience, facilitating the connection of our visitors with themselves, others and the environment under creative and sustainable principles.
With our project we seek to impact positively the local community (mainly afro and indigenous people that live in vulnerable conditions), and contribute to the conservation of the land and its biodiversity.
In this sense, we prioritize regenerative and community-based tourism practices. For instance many of our tours were co-created and lead by the locals. With this, we want to create jobs and rescue
Activities
cooking classes, trekking, river (canoe) excursion, weaving classes, artisanal fishing, surfing, diving, beach cleaning, planting a tree, turtle release, medical bath with local plant, natural hot springs, whale watching.

How to get there
To reach Luzul:
1 - You need to fly to Nuquí from Medellin or Bogota.
2 - From Nuqui you need to take a boat (direction Arusí)
The boat will leave you directly in front of the hotel. We arrange the seats on the boat.
