Hostal Vilama is a hostel-style accommodation managed by its owners, Atacameño sisters Ana and Angélica Corante in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile. The architecture still reflects ancient construction techniques, and the entire establishment retains a traditional identity connected to the desert and its unique habitat in the oasis of San Pedro de Atacama. Moreover, guests staying at Hostal Vilama are fortunate to enjoy a locally inspired breakfast, which may include fresh products from the Corante sisters' own garden.
Hostal Vilama is located on Lascar Street, between Ckilapana and Toconao, just 650 meters from the center, known as Caracoles. It offer 8 rooms, 3 of which have a shared bathroom and 5 with private bathrooms, all bright and comfortable.

How to get there

It is possible to reach San Pedro de Atacama by private vehicle or transfer from El Loa Airport in Calama. The drive takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, covering a distance of approximately 100 kilometers (62 miles). Once in San Pedro de Atacama, Hostal Vilama is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the town center (Caracoles Street).
