Sharks are endangered worldwide, particularly in Europe. A sensational discovery by naturalist Isaias Cruz a few years ago revealed that blue sharks and mako sharks live right off the coast of the Basque Country. Since then, important research projects have been underway along the "Coast of Hope" to learn more about these endangered species and their habitats.
We plan our expeditions flexibly so that we can respond to changing weather or the team personally. Nevertheless, we try to accommodate the following key points of each expedition:

How to get there
You will need to organize your own travel arrangements. However, the project location is easy to reach by public transport. The socialbnb team will be happy to help you with the planning.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation of this tour is possible at any time.
- If you cancel at least 30 days before the date of travel, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before the departure date, 20% of the tour price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 14 and 8 days before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 7 and 1 day before the departure date, 80% of the tour price will be charged.
