We are restoring a 19th-century olive oil mill in wich we aim to create a self-sufficient, living rural community rooted in sustainability.

The countryside in Andalusia is suffering from the climate crisis, facing severe desertification and soil depletion. For this reason, we want to reconnect with nature by preserving ancient agricultural knowledge, but with a new focus on sustainability and better water management.

We want to revive the mill’s agricultural spirit through organic farming, a vegetable garden, medicinal herbs, and a small chicken coop.
