Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) in Kathmandu, your private driver will take you directly to the hotel. If you have any questions about booking flights or planning your itinerary, just let us know.

Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation of this tour is possible at any time.
- If you cancel at least 30 days before the date of travel, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before the departure date, 20% of the tour price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 14 and 8 days before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 7 and 1 day before the departure date, 80% of the tour price will be charged.
