Hi, I'm Kwaku and I’ll be happy to host you during your stay!
AMO Programme is a local NGO in Ghana, West Africa. AMO is an acronym for ‘Agodi Ma Osuahu’ which means ‘Playing gives experience’ in Twi, a local Ghanaian language.
Today’s education landscape emphasizes the child’s natural curiosity and creativity and allows them to develop at their own pace. Active learning strategies like brainstorming, role plays, presentation, and group work are used to empower, engage and stimulate a classroom by putting learners at the center of the learning process.

How to get there
You can reach the accommodation by public transport, a pick-up service or a private car.
There are large, air-conditioned buses between Accra and Kumasi (STC or VIP).They can stop on the ringroad at the Abepotia (Nkawkaw) bypass.From there, one of the AMO staff can pick you up...
