We are located just adjacent to the Chitwan National Park (Central Southern Part of Nepal) and surrounded by a beautiful village of indigenous communities: Tharu and Bote. Our long term vision is to connect their indegenous knowledge to economic resilience for sustainable growth. For this, we have developed a Traditional Tharu Kitchen and Cultural Courtyard for our guests where a women group from the village serves traditionally cooked food and authentic local cuisines, perform their cultural dances and get directly paid. Similarly, for Bote Community (which is the fisher and canoeing community), we have made Traditional Wooden Boats for them and they earn by taking our guests on canoeing and sundowner experience in a nearby big Narayani River.
