Silvia is an architect, yoga teacher and permaculture designer. Lived in New York for decades and tired of the city life she realized she wanted to live close to nature and inspire people to reconnect
Founded in 2017, Orto Dell'Idro is a non-profit association in Otranto that offers inspiration for a more sustainable and harmonious lifestyle. As a yoga eco-farm, we offer the opportunity to learn and practice disciplines such as permaculture and yoga. We provide a platform for like-minded people to share their knowledge of practices that can improve our quality of life. We organize social and cultural events to enjoy community life and a conscious lifestyle in harmony with nature.
Following the principles of Permaculture we regenerated an orchard, planted food forests and veggie gardens to grow our organic food, support new ecosystems, and offer shelter for wild animals in our valley.
Location
How to get there
The nearest airport is Brindisi. From there you can rent a car and reach us within an hour from the airport. Alternatively, you can take the train or bus, but this can take longer and availability depends on the season. We can also organize pick-up transport on request.
Cancellation Policy
- A cancellation of this tour is possible at any time.
- If you cancel at least 30 days before the date of travel, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before the departure date, 20% of the tour price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 14 and 8 days before the departure date, 50% of the tour price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 7 and 1 day before the departure date, 80% of the tour price will be charged.
