Where you'll be

The biological station Un poco del Chocó is located in the province of Pichincha, a few kilometres north-east of San Miguel de Los Bancos, in the Ayapi region on the Rio Pachijal. Un poco del Chocó can only be reached via the small village of Las Tolas. From there, an 11 km long gravel road leads to Ayapi and the Rio Pachijal (40 minutes drive).
