Hi, I'm Justin and I’ll be happy to host you during your stay!
Woven Connect is an NGO based in Arusha Tanzania that runs community empowering projects. We specialize in training handwork skills such as tailoring, weaving, carpentry, and beading to the locals who can then work in at our project or elsewhere once they are done with learning. Our major target group is people coming from challenging environments who can't access formal education because of various reasons such as disability, poverty, and gender violence.
Our projects do not discriminate gender or physical condition as we are diverse in activities we do and we do our best to make sure that we stay as inclusive as possible.
Activities
A variety of activities can be experienced at Woven Connect: safari, cultural tours, cooking classes, project tours, project experience, hiking tours, city sightseeing, mountain climbing, inland travel.
