In 1995, we opened Casa Pousadoira, a house that is part of our family business. Since then, in addition to the guest house, we have also had an organic vegetable garden from which we obtain food for our own use in the guest house. What we don't produce ourselves, we source locally.

 

We later founded our "Centro para la Resilencia", Center for Resilience, and began running courses and workshops to restore and enhance traditional methods, such as weaving, and to promote individual and collective resilience in the face of crises (environmental, climate, economic and resource crises). We work with people from our immediate environment and try to create synergies.
