Makabata is close to the shopping malls, bars, museums and theaters and the ideal place to start a city trip. You can visit the Manila Bay (a natural harbor that is located in Manila with a waterfront promenade that runs along the shore and is famous for its sunsets) or the Cultural Center of the Philippines (home to the Tanghalang Pambansa National Theater and three major performing arts venues, one theater for film screenings, galleries, a museum and the center's library and archives).
