About your accomodation
One foot in civilisation and one foot in the wild - are you up for adventure, on
our yacht, nestled under the open hay shed, with all the romance of an ocean voyage, minus the seasickness and storms?
We sailed the lovely yacht 'Shannon,' from Fiji to Australia, through the tail of cyclone Solo and a force ten storm between New Caledonia and Coffs Harbour. Now you can have the pleasure of staying on the quaint old boat but without fear of drowning! However...the main rule remains the same on land as it did on water, 'Don't Fall Off the Boat!'
We welcome you to you an unforgettable experience in our group accommodation surrounded by the Grampians National Park.Kangaroos visit daily, emu's abound and the stars on a cloudless night are amazing! The boat sleeps 6 people in total and the bell tent another 4 people. The price listedt is for 2 people...

Hi, I'm suzan and I’ll be happy to host you during your stay!
The overall goal of Grampians Nature Programs is to reconnect human beings to the ancient heritage of human community within Earth's ecology and to maintain this land as a wildlife sanctuary for Australian native animals. Animals are protected and have access to clean water and pasture during drought. Besides that, the hosts Jon and Suzy teach people about managing sustainable food and energy systems, foraging for indigenous food plants and utilising weed species as food.
Jon and Suzy offer Wilderness Adventures and twice a year they host Sustainable System Workshops during 5 day long Farm Stays. On request, they custom design bespoke wilderness adventures to suit the needs of small groups.
