Each of us has a role to play to combat the crisis of biodiversity and the flattening of local cultures and traditions. Our every daily action and the purchases we make have an effect on all of this.

 

In our farmhouse "A Locanda Tù Marchese" we only cook products from our farm or from local farms. Our menu changes for each season and for the products that the crops offer us: we do not exploit our land but let ourselves be guided by its rhythms, we cultivate the land and take care of it. We cook over a fire, just like we used to do in the past, with ancient recipes, so as to never lose the link between tradition and territory.
