About your accomodation

Our cozy guest house is located within the Xieti Nature Reserve, next to Lake Tota (water level at 3,015 high), in the high-Andean area, surrounded by beautiful mountains and a paramo ecosystem. The house has three rooms (for two people each), two separate bathrooms, hot water shower, kitchen, and an integrated living & dining room with a fireplace.Breakfast is only "ingredients included", for self-preparing.It's a one-story house, suitable for 6 people. It faces Lake Tota with an outstanding view of it

      How to get there

      Arrival by car: From Sogamoso there are two routes for reaching Xieti Nature Reserve, both are around 30 km distant and 50 min long.

      Route 1 is Sogamoso - El Crucero - Lake Tota (Llano de Alarcon) - El Tunel - 3 km on way to Playa Blanca - Xieti acess.

      Route 2 is Sogamoso - Iza - Cuitiva - El Tunel - 3 km on way to Playa Blanca - Xieti acess. Arrival by bus: From Sogamoso taking the bus route "Sogamoso - Iza - Cuitiva - El Tunel", and we can help coordinating a private transport from there to Xieti (3 km).
