Dhruba

2 Years our partner

Hi, I'm Dhruba and I’ll be happy to host you during your stay!
Sapana's mission revolves around fostering public participation with a specific focus on poverty alleviation. Through the income generated from overnight stays and excursions at Sapana, guests can actively contribute to the support of Sapana School, a project initiated by the lodge to provide education to underprivileged children. This support includes free education, nutritious meals, school uniforms, and essential stationery supplies. Additionally, Sapana is home to five retired and rescued elephants, housed in a chain-free coral and receiving exemplary care. Operating under the motto "chain-free is pain-free," the lodge opposes elephant riding and instead offers ethical elephant activities. Activities, such as fruit and vegetable feeding sessions, breakfast with the elephants, and candlelit dinners near the elephant corral, directly fund the elephants' well-being.
Furthermore, we offer a range of community-based

Activities

Tharu Village Cultural sightseeing, Sunset Point, Biking Trails, Happy Elephant Chain Free Corals, Yoga/ Meditation Home, Spa and Relaxation, Women Empowerment Projects and Organic Farms.
